Problem Note 60221: You see a blank screen after you use a bookmark link to log on to SAS® Enterprise GRC
When you log on to SAS Enterprise GRC, you might see a blank screen, and the SAS Enterprise GRC log file might contain errors similar to the following:
SASEnterpriseGRC 12Dec15 12:44:44,476 [tomcat-http--46] ERROR org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/SASEnterpriseGRC].[Menu] - Servlet.service() for servlet Menu threw exception
java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.sas.oprisk.server.behavior.UserImpl.isSuperUser(UserImpl.java:130)
at com.sas.oprisk.server.behavior.LocatedObjectImpl$ClassObjectImpl.canSomewhere(LocatedObjectImpl.java:240)
at com.sas.oprisk.monitor.web.layout.template.MenuFunctionRegistry$11.evaluate(MenuFunctionRegistry.java:221)
at com.sas.oprisk.monitor.web.layout.template.MenuFunction.evaluate(MenuFunction.java:38)
The problem occurs after you create a bookmark with the URL from a previous session and then use the bookmark link to access the web application. For example, you might see the problem if the URL in the bookmark is similar to the following:
http://sasbap.demo.sas.com/SASLogon/login?service=http%3A%2F%2Fsasbap.demo.sas.com%2FSASEnterpriseGRC%2Fj_spring_cas_security_check
Instead, you should bookmark and use a link similar to the following:
http://sasbap.demo.sas.com/SASEnterpriseGRC

The URL in the bookmark link causes a NullPointerException.
