Problem Note 60037: The Date and Time control for a date custom field displays the incorrect time when you click OK
When you add date custom fields to SAS® Customer Intelligence campaign, communication, and treatment definitions, it is possible that the time will be displayed incorrectly in the Date and Time control dialog box if the server and the web browser are in different time zones.
For example, the problem can occur when you follow steps similar to the following, and the browser time zone is set as UTC-5:
- Create a communication definition with two date custom fields of type date and time with values of April 12, 2016 01:15:41 PM and April 15, 2016 02:15:41 PM. Then click OK.
- Before you save the definition, re-open the date control. You will see that dates and times are re-displayed as April 12, 2016 05:15:41 PM and April 15, 2016 06:15:41 PM.
Each time you click OK and re-open the date control, the time changes. This behavior stops after you save the definition, as shown below.
To work around this issue, save the definition after you enter the date and time the first time.
