In SAS® Business Rules Manager, the following message might be displayed when you publish or test a decision:

The problem occurs when the decision includes a Rule Flow that has the following two conditions:

• You have a term in your vocabulary that you exclude from input.
• You use the excluded term in a condition term or action before the term is assigned an initial value. 

To work around this issue, define the excluded term using an action before using the excluded term as a condition term, or part of an action.
