Problem Note 60163: "An error exists in the User Service configuration. All preferences will be
ignored in this session." occurs when you log on to SAS® Enterprise Miner™
When logging on to SAS Enterprise Miner, the following message might occur:
"An error exists in the User Service configuration. All preferences will be
ignored in this session."
There are multiple possible-causes for this error. Check the SAS Enterprise Miner 14.1 log file for the following message:
2016-09-14 20:49:26,545 [tomcat-http--6] WARN [user ID] com.sas.analytics.eminer.midtier.services.impl.EnterpriseMinerService - Duplicate property set exists for profile global.
The log file is located in this directory: Config/Lev#/Web/WebAppServer/SASServerX/logs. SASServerX refers to either SASServer1, or SASServer11, depending on which one was configured.
If both messages are present, then your metadata is probably corrupted.
