Problem Note 60148: The error "Physical file does not exist" might be generated when you create graphics output using a stored process
An error similar to the following might be written to the SAS® log when you create graphics output using a stored process:
Error: Physical file does not exist, C:\users\sassrv\AppData\Local\Temp\SAS Temporary Files\_filename.bmp
The stored process code does not create any graphics output when this error occurs. The error is most likely to occur when the stored process code uses the ACTIVEX or ACTXIMG device driver to create graphics output.
Also, with Base SAS®, when you run a program that creates graphics output or when you run the SAS OQ test programs, you might see the following pop-up error message:
The program can't start because mfc100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
To circumvent the problem, add the following GOPTIONS statement to the top of your program code:
goptions device=png;
