Problem Note 59988: The date value for Custom Details in a SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio treatment is incorrect
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, a treatment's Custom Details date value is incorrect on the Updates page. This problem happens when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Create a treatment with custom details of type Day and Text and make the custom details required and static.
- Create a campaign and assign this treatment to a cell.
- Change the Text type (but not the Date type) in the treatment.
After you perform these steps, the treatment shows that an update is available and the correct date (February 17, 2017 in the example below) is displayed. However, if you select Updates ► Custom Details, an incorrect date is shown. In the example below, the date is displayed as February 16, 2017 .
Note: The correct date value does appear when you publish and export the campaign.
