DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When you sort a column by descending order in the Results table on the Search Subjects screen, SAS Enterprise Case Management might fail to respond. The problem occurs when you use Microsoft SQL Server as your database type.

To recover from the unresponsive condition, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Clear in the Search Subjects pane.
  2. Wait for the empty Results table to refresh.
  3. Click any column heading in the Results table to sort by ascending order.
  4. Enter desired search criteria in the Search Subjects pane, and click Search. The search results should be sorted by the selected column in ascending order.

Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
