Problem Note 59913: The dropped count for a Select node persists after you change the rule from "No value meets these criteria" to "Any value meets these criteria"
In SAS® Customer Intelligence, a Select node displays a count of both the Total and the Dropped subjects when the No value meets these criteria rule is active in the properties dialog box, as shown below:
However, a problem occurs when you click OK to save the node, re-open the node properties and change the rule to Any value meets these criteria, and update the node. The Total count is returned correctly, but the Dropped count from the previous update remains, as shown here:
To work around this issue:
- Change the rule to Only one value meets the criteria.
- Update the node.
- Change the rule back to Any value meets these criteria.
- Update the node again.
