Problem Note 59847: An "ABT building process failed ..." server error is displayed when building an ABT
When you build an analytical base table (ABT) in SAS® Credit Scoring for Banking, the building process might fail. A message is displayed when you follow this sequence of steps:
- Create an information map for Retail Account Information, mapped to the variable Retain Key.
- Mark this variable as an outcome variable.
- In the 'Build ABT' screen, select the required option and date, and click OK.
server error
ABT building process failed.
An error message similar to the following one is displayed in the server log:
ERROR: File DABT_SUB.I_ACC_SK.DATA does not exist
The problem occurs because the Retail Account Information information map key is configured as "Surrogate Key" when viewed from the Administrative workspace. The key should be "Retain Key". In some cases, the user interface displays the key as “Surrogate Key”. "Surrogate Key" is displayed even though the data set in the APDM library uses “Retained Key” as the key for a given data source and Subject of analysis. The build ABT process works as per the value that is stored in the APDM.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
In SAS® Credit Scoring for Banking, from Administrative workspace, the Retail Account Information information map configured-key is 'Surrogate key', although mapped to Retain Key. If an ABT includes a variable that is based on this information map, then the ABT-build fails.
