Problem Note 59693: A "No data was loaded for the selected table ... file is no longer available" error is displayed in the SAS® Business Rules Manager user interface

In SAS Business Rules Manager, results from tests that executed and displayed correctly in the user interface might fail to display on subsequent days. The following error is displayed:

"No data was loaded for the selected table.  The file is no longer available..."

Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.

Before you apply the hot fix, follow these steps to clean the metadata.

1. Open SAS® Management Console.

2. Log on as a sasadm user.

3. Navigate to the library that has the problem.

4. Right-click the library and delete the library from the metadata (this step does not delete the data).

5. Change directory (cd) to !SASHome/SASPlatformObjectFramework/9.4/tools/admin.

6. Run this command:

sas-relationship-loader -clean -host host_name -port 7980

          -user sasadm_user -password password

Host_name needs to be the fully qualified host name.

The sasadm_user needs to be a SAS admin user in the system.

If you are using https, then you might need to add the -protocol https option in the above command line.
