Problem Note 59665: Setting GRC_RECIPIENTS to INVESTIGATOR in the workflow does not restrict notifications to only the investigator in SAS® Enterprise GRC

In SAS Enterprise GRC, you should be able to send notifications to only the assigned investigator for an incident instead of all incident investigators. To restrict notifications to the investigator only, you should set the GRC_RECIPIENTS data object to INVESTIGATOR in the notification subflow of the workflow template. However, the system might incorrectly send notifications to all users in the GRC_ROLE_INVESTIGATOR role.
To work around the problem, create a new data object named OWNER. In the notification subflow, set the value of the GRC_RECIPIENTS data object to OWNER.
