Problem Note 59655: The accept step is not skipped during incident creation in SAS® Enterprise GRC
You can specify the general configuration setting for SAS Enterprise GRC to skip the Accept step and go directly to the Investigate step when creating an incident.
The setting works correctly when you create an incident by clicking Create Incident... on the Incidents screen. However, the accept stage might not be skipped when you create the incident as a linked business object.
