Problem Note 59622: SAS® Enterprise GRC stops responding when the environment contains a large number of dimensions and the system cache is cleared

SAS Enterprise GRC might fail to respond when the dimensional structure is very complex and user actions result in a large number of database queries. The problem occurs after the system cache is cleared. For example, the system cache is cleared when an administrator flushes the caches on the Administration menu or modifies a dimension through the user interface or a data loader.

After installing the hot fix, you can specify a new configuration property in the configdata.properties file. When you specify the following property, the web application will synchronize the loading of the dimensional data after the administrator flushes the caches:
monitor.dimension.synchronizeSearchTreeLoad=true
