Problem Note 59604: When you try to edit an object without the correct permissions, SAS® Enterprise GRC displays an error message in English instead of in your locale
When you try to edit an object in SAS® Enterprise GRC without the correct Edit permissions, you might see an error message similar to the following:
User-ID cannot edit object [[blank]]
The error message should be translated into your default locale, but instead, it might be incorrectly displayed in English.

PermissionsException.noLockForEditPermission.message.fmt.txt=User {0} cannot edit object {1}
