Problem Note 59585: Replies to comments are missing in a downloaded approval file in SAS® Marketing Operations Management
Replies to the task initiator's comments in an approval file might be missing when you download the consolidated approval file in SAS Marketing Operations Management.
You might see this behavior under the following conditions:
- The task initiator opens a task in Marketing Workbench.
- The task initiator then adds a comment to an approval file (for example, Approved by Task Initiator).
- After uploading the approval file to the task, the task initiator adds an approver to the task and then submits the task to the approver.
- The approver logs on and navigates to Perform mode in Marketing Workbench. Then the approver replies to the task initiator's comment (for example, Approved by SASDemo).
After the approver clicks Save and then submits the approval, the task initiator can see all comments and replies when viewing the file in Online mode. If the task initiator then clicks Download, replies to comments might be missing.
To work around this problem, create a new comment instead of replying to the task initiator's comment.
