Problem Note 59483: You cannot deploy SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager 6.3 decision campaigns after you install Hot Fix R60011

If you install Hot Fix R60011 to your SAS Real-Time Decision Manager 6.3 environment, you might not be able to deploy any decision campaigns.
When you attempt to deploy a decision campaign, you might see this error message in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio:
