Problem Note 59376: The message "Error=Index needs to be repaired" might occur during concurrent updates in a dynamic locking domain

If you use SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server with the dynamic locking feature enabled for a LIBNAME domain, performing concurrent updates on tables within the domain might result in index failure errors.
An error message similar to the following is written to the server log:
SPDSBASE- hpopixs:ixappnd failed:
Member=T_MORTGAGE_TOOLKIT_SAVE Index=IS Reason=Index needs to be repaired.
