In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, incorrect dates are published to the CI_TREATMENT_DATE_UDF table, and these incorrect dates are displayed in the export preview. This issue occurs only when the web browser on which SAS Customer Intelligence Studio runs is set to a different time zone than that of the SAS® Customer Intelligence servers.
For example, consider the following treatment, which is created with the custom fields and values that are shown below:
A campaign is created using this treatment, and the export writes the treatment fields. However, instead of the values from the treatment being displayed, the following values are displayed in the export preview:
As you can see from the previous display, the values for Time type and Date & Time type are incorrect.
In addition, when the campaign is published, the following values are written to the CI_TREATMENT_DATE_UDF table:
Again, the values for Time type and Date & Time type are incorrect.
