Problem Note 59192: The Choose a Date dialog box does not highlight the correct date when the dialog box is opened
In SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio, the Choose a Date dialog box does not highlight the correct date when the dialog box is opened. This issue occurs only when the web browser on which SAS Customer Intelligence Studio runs has a different time-zone setting than that of the SAS® Customer Intelligence servers.
The problem happens when you perform the following steps:
- You create a communication from a definition that contains a custom date field of with a type of day, and you enter a date into that field, as shown in the example below:
- If you then click the Choose a date icon, the Choose a Date dialog box that opens does not highlight the correct date. For example, October 20 should be highlighted in the dialog box that is shown below. However, October 19 is highlighted instead.
You then must click the original date before you accept and close the dialog box.
