Usage Note 59057: Selection-group custom details do not work in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, selection-group custom details in treatments do not work in certain scenarios when the treatment is used in a campaign. When the problem occurs, you cannot toggle between selection groups.
For example, an issue can occur when you create a treatment with one selection group and you display it as a drop-down list, as shown below:
The issue can also occur when you display such a treatment with radio buttons, as shown here:
In the selection group, Group1 contains a dynamic text field (Text1) while Group2 contains a dynamic numeric field (Numeric1).
You can use the drop-down list or the radio buttons to toggle between the two groups only inside the Treatment panel, as shown here:
However, when you assign this treatment to a cell inside a campaign, Group2 is not available. As a result, you cannot toggle between Group1 and Group2 inside the Custom details panel:
