Problem Note 59013: Hot Fix P38002 and Hot Fix R94002 cause SAS® Cost and Profitability Management to return a "response content type" error for any action you take

You encounter problems when you perform the following actions:
- Install Hot Fix P38002 for SAS® Web Application Server 9.4 to an installation of SAS® Cost and Profitability Management 8.1
- Install Hot Fix R94002 for SAS® Web Application Server 9.41 to an installation of SAS® Cost and Profitability Management 8.1_M1 or SAS® Cost and Profitability Management 8.1_M2
After the hot fix is installed, all subsequent actions that you take in the SAS Cost and Profitability Management client fail with the following error:
Client found response content type of 'text/html;charset-utf-8' but expected 'text.xml'. The request failed with the error message: .. <html><head><title>Error report</title></head><body><h1>HTTP Status 500 - Request processing failed; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/activemq/pool/AmqJNDIPooledConnectionFactory</h1>
