Problem Note 59623: When editing a test in SAS® Enterprise GRC or in SAS® Model Risk Management, you cannot open an attachment that was added in the test definition

In SAS Enterprise GRC or SAS Model Risk Management, you might see the following error when you edit a test and attempt to open an attachment in the test:
This item cannot be displayed.
The problem occurs when the attachment was added in the test definition.
To work around the problem, view the attachment in the Test Definition window.
