Problem Note 58969: Saving a date custom detail in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio changes the date to -1 day when you use UTC time zones

In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, saving a date custom detail change the date to one day earlier (-1 day). This problem happens when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Create a date custom detail in a campaign or communication definition (for example, CAMPAIGN_START_DT and CAMPAIGN_END_DT).
- Create a new campaign using these definitions.
- In the custom details for the communication and campaign, select the dates that you want (for example, September 1, 2016 and September 2, 2016).
- Save the campaign.
If you then re-open the campaign, you will see that the campaign dates have changed to August 31, 2016 and September 1, 2016. However, the correct dates (September 1, 2016 and September 2, 2016) are published to the CI_CAMPAIGN_EXT and CI_COMMUNICATION_EXT tables.
