Problem Note 58917: A rejected incident cannot be edited by the investigator in SAS® Enterprise GRC
In SAS Enterprise GRC, the incident management workflow might not behave as expected under the following conditions:
- The property monitor.incidentMultiuserUpdate.enable is set to true in the configdata.properties file.
- The incident management workflow is turned off in the SAS® Management Console.
The problem might occur after an incident is returned to the incident investigator during validation. When editing the incident, the investigator might see only a Done button and therefore, cannot investigate the incident.
To work around the problem, set the following configuration property in the configdata.properties file:
monitor.incidentMultiuserUpdate.enable = false
