Problem Note 58815: Images disappear when you export to Microsoft Excel workbooks using the XLSX driver

Images might disappear when you are updating Excel worksheets using the XLSX driver. This is particularly likely to occur when the images are derived from different worksheets than the worksheet that is updated.
The problem occurs because of how the XLSX driver updates the Excel worksheets.
There is no workaround.
