Problem Note 58729: A broadcast incorrectly retains the status of locked after it is opened for editing and then closed in SAS® Digital Marketing Studio
In SAS Digital Marketing Studio, after a broadcast is opened for editing and then closed, the broadcast incorrectly retains the status of locked.
A broadcast retains the locked status when you open a broadcast for editing (including after the completion of the broadcast creation wizard) and then close the broadcast edit screen. This problem also happens if you close the broadcast, the broadcast incorrectly retains the status of locked. When you try to perform further actions on the broadcast (for example, scheduling), you receive an error message advising the broadcast is locked for editing.
You can choose to ignore the error message advising the broadcast is locked for editing, and continue to perform all actions.
