The code _30, which indicates a status of Failed, might be visible in the COMMUNICATION_STATUS_CD column in the CI_COMMUNICATION table after a campaign execution fails. However, the expected code in the SAS® Customer Intelligence Common Data Model (CDM) when campaign execution fails is _32, which indicates a status of Future (meaning that the campaign has not executed properly yet). The code __30 is no longer used in the CDM. This code is valid only to show the status in the application's user interface, but it should not be returned in the COMMUNICATION_STATUS_CD column.
This problem might occur when the following conditions occur:
At this point, the _30 code might appear in the COMMUNICATION_STATUS_CD column.
There is no solution or workaround for this problem.
