Problem Note 58397: A "No UIContext found" error occurs when you add a risk to a questionnaire-based assessment in SAS® Enterprise GRC

You might encounter an error in SAS Enterprise GRC when you create a questionnaire-based assessment and select a risk to add to the assessment. The problem might occur in the Select Risks dialog box when you use one of the following menu options for the Risks table:
- You use the Customize... menu option to customize the table columns.
- You use the Search... menu option to search for risks based on specified search criteria.
When the problem occurs, you see an error similar to the following:
The error has been logged, but you may wish to e-mail the error information below to your systems administrator.

The SAS Enterprise GRC log file contains the following error message:
com.sas.oprisk.framework.server.OpRiskException: No UIContext found
To work around the problem, use a data loader to add the risk to the assessment.
