Problem Note 58350: PROC FMM might produce an incorrect mean and associated statistics
When you specify the DIST=UNIFORM option in the MODEL statement in PROC FMM, the expected value of the distribution is incorrect when the Uniform a parameter is not zero. Associated statistics such as predicted values and residuals are also incorrect.

When fitting a Uniformly distributed model with a lower bound other than zero in PROC FMM, the mean and any other statistic dependent upon the mean are incorrect.
