Support for SAS/ACCESS Interface to Amazon Redshift is available in SAS/ACCESS®. This interface provides direct, transparent access to Amazon Redshift through LIBNAME statements and the SQL pass-through facility.
To support metadata creation of SAS/ACCESS Interface to Amazon Redshift objects in SAS® Management Console and SAS® Data Integration Studio, you must have new server and library templates. These templates, along with other related changes, are available when you install the hot fixes referenced on the Hot Fix tab.

Note: Redshift metadata support will not be complete until you perform all post-installation steps detailed in the hot-fix installation instructions.
