Problem Note 58618: SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager stand-alone installations might prompt for a valid SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio license
SAS Real-Time Decision Manager stand-alone installations might prompt users with the following pop-up message in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio:
This prompt for a valid SAS Customer Intelligence Studio license might appear whenever an attempt is made to use any of the following functionality in the Setup, Definitions, or Definitions workspaces:
- treatments
- channel definitions
- custom detail groups and tags
- response definitions
The message is generated because SAS Real-Time Decision Manager incorrectly checks for a SAS® Marketing Automation license. This issue was introduced in SAS Real-Time Decision Manager 6.1_M1 with Hot Fix K78014 and SAS Real-Time Decision Manager 6.4 with Hot Fix U53007, and it is present in SAS Real-Time Decision Manager 6.5.
There is no workaround for this issue.
