Problem Note 57927: The FINANCE function can incorrectly return a missing value

The FINANCE function can incorrectly return a missing value when the COUPPCD string-identifier is used. The problem occurs only when the specified maturity date is February 28. The problem can occur with both leap years and non-leap years.
