Problem Note 57882: You cannot import or edit SAS® Digital Marketing broadcast content if you have a Polish locale for SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
If you have a Polish locale for SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you cannot import or edit SAS Digital Marketing broadcast content. A failure occurs when you import or edit existing content on the Email Broadcasts Edit Content page, and the system is unresponsive.
This issue is caused by some or all of the following Polish (pl) language files, which incorrectly refer to the English (en) language code. (These files are located in directories similar to the ones shown below.)
SAS-configuration-directory/Lev1/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer6_1/sas_webapps/sas.customerintelligencestudio.war/ckeditor/plugins/insertImage/lang/pl.js
SAS-configuration-directory/Lev1/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer6_1/sas_webapps/sas.customerintelligencestudio.war/ckeditor/plugins/insertVariable/lang/pl.js
SAS-configuration-directory/Lev1/Web/WebAppServer/SASServer6_1/sas_webapps/sas.customerintelligencestudio.war/ckeditor/plugins/insertImageWithOutCond/lang/pl.js
The script files use the en language code instead of the pl language code. For example, .../insertImage/lang/pl.js contains the following line with the en language code:
CKEDITOR.plugins.setLang( 'insertImage', 'en', (
To work around the problem, use a text-editing tool to replace en with pl, as shown in this example:
"CKEDITOR.plugins.setLang( 'insertImage','pl', (
