Problem Note 57857: The SPDSBKUP utility fails when you attempt to back up a compressed table that contains no columns
The SPDSBKUP utility is used to back up SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server tables. When you attempt to back up a table that is compressed and contains empty columns, the SPDSBKUP utility seems to stop executing and fails to complete.
To circumvent the issue, remove any empty tables before starting the SPDSBKUP utility.
