Problem Note 57741: Treatment Custom Details date and time values in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio show an incorrect value after you save them
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, treatment Custom Details date and time values are incorrect after saving. This issue occurs only if you use time zones UTC +2, UTC +3, and so on.
For example, this problem occurs when you perform steps similar to the following:
- In the Custom Details for a treatment, create a Time and a Date and Time as shown in the examples below:
- Assign this treatment Custom Details time and date_and_time to a Cell node and change the original values to February 26, 2016 08:00:00 PM:
- Save and close the campaign.
- Re-open the campaign. The treatment shows a different time than what you saved. The value has changed to February 26, 2016 06:00:00 PM:
Note: The incorrect time value is also exported and published to the Common Data Model when you execute the campaign.
As a workaround, adjust the time according to your time zone or avoid using a time value in the Custom Details for a treatment.
