Problem Note 57734: Generating SAS® Marketing Optimization input data might fail with the error "getSASLibrariesWithMetadataId Exception:Index: 0, Size: 0"
When you generate SAS Marketing Optimization input data, a failure might occur, which generates the following error message:
At the same time, the SASMarketingOptimization6.x.log file (on the middle tier) displays the following error:
2016-01-07 16:14:06,562 DEBUG [tomcat-http--28] [ce69e68cbd0c8fc7:1af3f8e9:1521c6081dc:-7ccd] [sasdemo]
cs.mo.services.impl.InputDataServiceImpl - sasdemo retrieve corresponding libraries
2016-01-07 16:14:06,562 ERROR [tomcat-http--28] [ce69e68cbd0c8fc7:1af3f8e9:1521c6081dc:-7ccd] [sasdemo]
m.sas.analytics.mo.server.MetadataServer -Class:com.sas.analytics.mo.server.MetadataServer
Method:getSASLibrariesWithMetadataId Exception:Index: 0, Size: 0
This error happens only when you have input data objects in the SAS® Metadata Repository but not in the input_data.sas7bdat file that is located in the
SAS-configuration-directory\Lev1\Applications\SASCustomerIntelligence\SASMarketingOptimization\datastore directory.
You do not encounter this problem with new installations because no input data has been created. The problem occurs as soon as you create input data (which then exists in SAS Metadata Repository) and delete the data-store tables.
As a workaround, just copy one row (for example, the Sample Input Data row shown below) back to the Input_Data table that is located in the empty data store.
