Problem Note 57703: The SAS® Customer Intelligence Integration Utilities extract utility (Sasmaextract) might fail when you extract a field that has a datetime format

You can use the extract utility (Sasmaextract) in SAS Customer Intelligence Integration Utilities to extract campaign metadata.
If the campaign that you are extracting contains a field that has a datetime format (for example, a campaign custom details field), the extract utility might fail with an error similar to the following in the log:

ERROR: A problem has occurred extracting - [sasdemo] CI\Financial Services\CI Business Context\CampaignDT1 (GHDDRWWUNBDQTNCD)
