Problem Note 57669: PROC IRT issues WARNING: Factor scores cannot be computed for some of the observations

If you specify the INMODEL(SCORE)= and OUT= options in the PROC IRT statement, and the adaptive Gauss-Hermite quadrature used to solve the marginal likelihood fails to converge, the procedure:
- issues WARNING: Factor scores cannot be computed for some of the observations, and
- outputs one or more missing values for the _FACTOR1 score variable in the OUT= data set
