Problem Note 57629: A Microsoft Excel spreadsheet created in SAS/ACCESS® Interface to PC Files cannot be data loaded in SAS® Enterprise GRC

SAS/ACCESS Interface to PC Files might generate a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that you cannot data load into SAS Enterprise GRC. The problem occurs after hot fix J37005 for SAS/ACCESS Interface to PC Files is installed on your system. After you attempt to data load the spreadsheet in SAS Enterprise GRC, you might see an "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error" or an "Enterprise GRC Error." When the problem occurs, the SAS Enterprise GRC log contains the following exception:
java.io.CharConversionException: Malformed UTF-8 character
