Problem Note 57539: A user exception error occurs when you update counts on diagram nodes using Link and Cell nodes in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
When you update counts on a Cell node or on all nodes in a diagram using Link and Cell nodes, the updates might fail and the following error message occurs in the SASCustomerIntelligenceCore6.3.log file:

In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the following message is displayed:
When this problem happens, the campaign becomes unresponsive and you need to close SAS Customer Intelligence Studio.
As a workaround, remove the Cell node between the Link and Limit nodes. The example below shows Link and Limit nodes where the Cell node has been removed.
Then, you can make the Link node behave like a Cell node by selecting the Act as a marketing cell option in the Link node.
