Problem Note 57369: Communication definitions with a large number of external list values might cause a #1502 error in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
In SAS® Marketing Automation, if a communication definition has a large number of external list values, a #1502 error might occur in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio.
This behavior occurs when the following conditions are met:
- The communication definition contains a user-defined field with an external list that has a very large number of items (approximately 3,000 items or more).
- You open the Communication node properties dialog box and click the Custom Details tab.
