Problem Note 57360: You cannot log on to SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio after you remove the configuration for other SAS® Customer Intelligence components
You cannot log on to SAS Customer Intelligence Studio after you remove the configuration for other SAS Customer Intelligence components such as SAS® Marketing Optimization or SAS® Digital Marketing.
When you remove the configuration for one or more of these components, the SASCustIntelStudio.log file displays the following error message:

As a workaround specifically for SAS Marketing Optimization and SAS Digital Marketing, follow these steps:
For SAS Marketing Optimization:
- Locate the WebAppServer\SASServer6_1\sas_webapps\sas.ci.shell.war\plugins folder and remove the MOPlugin subfolder.
- Then, navigate to WebAppServer\SASServer6_1\sas_webapps\sas.ci.shell.war\WEB-INF\lib and remove the following JAR files:
- sas.analytics.mo.server-client.jar
- sas.analytics.mo.server-client.nls.jar
- sas.analytics.mo.server-flex-client.jar
- sas.analytics.mo.server-flex-client.nls.jar
For SAS Digital Marketing:
- Locate the WebAppServer\SASServer6_1\sas_webapps\sas.ci.shell.war\plugins folder and remove the SDMPlugin subfolder.
- Then, navigate to
WebAppServer\SASServer6_1\sas_webapps\sas.ci.shell.war\WEB-INF\lib and remove the following JAR files:
- sas.email.service.jar
- sas.email.service.nls.jar
