Problem Note 57287: The Seeds list is not added when you select "Cell represents a control group" and you enable holdouts in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the Seeds list is not included when you select the Cell represents a control group property and you enable holdouts, as demonstrated in the following scenario:
- You create a simple campaign with two Select nodes, two Cell nodes, and one Communication node.

- You select the Cell represents a control group property for the cell in the Control Properties dialog box, and you enable holdouts in the Communication Properties window.

- You add seeds by selecting one of two options: Insert randomly into exported file or Append to end of export file. You can use only one of these methods at a time.

- When you preview the export, the Seeds list is not included. In addition, the seeds are not exported to the output file.

Notice, though, that if you later modify this campaign by adding another Select, Limit, or Cell node, the Seeds list is appended, as shown below:
