Problem Note 56724: Using a numerical user ID might cause the user interface to fail and errors to occur, including "...There was an error calling lua, return code was 2"

If numerical user IDs are used in SAS® Risk Management for Banking, the user interface fails, and messages like the following are printed in the interactive log.

NOTE: The query as specified involves ordering by an item that doesn't appear in its SELECT clause.
