Problem Note 56657: The SAS® Model Manager %run_report macro deletes some data sets from SAS® work library
If you invoke the SAS Model Manager %run_report macro, then some data sets are deleted from your SAS® work library when the macro runs. The macro deletes any data set that begins with any of these character strings: min, a, b, c, d, g, f, i, j, n, o, proj_periods_, r, s, t, u, _mdlmgr, mdlmgr, mm_i, mm_s, mm_p, mm_b, meta. This deletion occurs because the macro includes the follow code:
proc datasets library=work mt=data nolist nodetails;
delete min: A: B: C: D: G: F: I: J: N: O: proj_periods_:
R: S: T: U: _mdlmgr: mdlmgr: mm_i: mm_s: mm_p: mm_b: meta:;
run;
To avoid data-set-deletion, follow either strategy:
- do not use the SAS WORK library.
- name your SAS data sets in the SAS work library such that the names do not begin with the above patterns.
