Problem Note 56558: The execution/scheduling page does not open for a campaign group in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you might not be able to open the execution/scheduling page for a campaign group. When this problem occurs, the display stops responding.
This problem might occur when you schedule a campaign group that does not have an end date or when the schedule date starts in the past. The following display shows both of these criteria (no end date and a start date that begins in the past):
To work around this problem, create a new campaign group and add all member campaigns to it. Then be sure to use an end date when you schedule the campaign group. For example, use a value for End date that is set far into the future or use a sufficiently large number of occurrences for the End after parameter.
