The SAS^® Job Monitor plug-in fails to properly process SAS Data Integration Studio log files under the following conditions:

• The SAS environment in which SAS Data Integration Studio jobs are executed is configured with an English locale. This results in SAS log files that contain English text.
• On the server where the SAS Job Monitor plug-in is running (within the SAS^® Environment Manager agent), the operating system language is not set to English.

When this issue occurs, an entry like the following is written to the SAS Environment Manager agent log on the server where the SAS Job Monitor plug-in is running.

Each time the SAS Job Monitor plug-in attempts to process a SAS Data Integration Studio log file, the message is written to the agent log.

Workarounds

To work around this issue, do either of the following:

• On the server where the SAS Environment Manager agent is running, change the operating system language to English.
• Or run the SAS Data Integration Studio jobs in a SAS environment with a locale that is not English.
