Problem Note 56379: An error occurs when you run certain reports on the SAS® Digital Marketing server
You might not be able to run the following reports on the SAS Digital Marketing server:
- Channel Summary
- Click Rate
- Delivery Rate
- Key Email Metrics
- Open Rate
Running these reports results in the following error:
ERROR: Unexpected or unmatched end of element tag
ERROR: Encountered during XMLInput parsing at or near line 335, column 7.
ERROR: The definition for the "SUMMARY" table is not well-formed or is corrupt.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After you apply the hot fix, follow these instructions in order to run the Delivery Rate report:
Copy the files Delivery Rate.sas, Click Rate.sas, Key E-mail Metrics.sas, and Open Rate.sas files from this directory:
...SASHOME/SASDigitalMarketingWebStudioandWebReportingInfrastructure/6.4/Config/Deployment/runtime/reports
Then, paste the copied files to the following directory:
...SAS-configuration-directory/Lev1/Applications/SASCustomerIntelligence/SASDigitalMarketingMiddleTier/reports
