Problem Note 56290: The change reason prompt for tests and test definitions in SAS® Enterprise GRC cannot be disabled

You can specify the GRC_PROMPT_CHANGE_REASON data object in a workflow template to enable or disable the change reason prompt in SAS Enterprise GRC. However, when you change a field and then save a test or test definition, the system might display a change reason prompt even when GRC_PROMPT_CHANGE_REASON is set to "false".
To ensure that SAS Enterprise GRC honors the value of the GRC_PROMPT_CHANGE_REASON data object for tests and test definitions, specify the following new configuration property in configdata.properties:
monitor.controlTesting.workflow.promptChangeReasonOverride = true
