Problem Note 56123: Importing a file of broadcast content into SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio fails with a CKEditor error message
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, importing a SAS® Digital Marketing broadcast file or trying to edit a file might fail. When these failures occur, you might be presented with a blank SAS Customer Intelligence Studio window. When you try to exit the window, you receive the following error message:
Error: com.sas.sdm.ckeditor1:checkCKEditor() iframe is null
This problem occurs when the browser language file is not found. The system should default to an existing language file, but it does not. For advice about working around this problem, contact SAS Technical Support.
